Safe Haven's founder at the Queen's Garden Party
29th May 2012
Safe Haven's founder Lucy Fensom was honoured to be invited to the Queen's Garden Party at Buckingham Palace on Tuesday 29th May 2012 in recognition of her work with needy donkeys in Israel and the Palestinian Territories.
Lucy, who was accompanied by the charity's Chair of Trustees Carolyn Trevivian and office manager Wendy Ahl, was able to meet with Safe Haven's Royal Patron HRH Princess Alexandra and to update her on the charity's work in the Holy Land.
Lucy would like to thank Princess Alexandra for so kindly arranging the the invitation to the Garden Party and of course all Safe Haven's wonderful supporters, without whom she would not have been able to achieve all that she has done over the last 12 years.
