Work begins on new Nablus Rest Haven

Ever since Lucy and her team first visited the donkey market in the Palestinian city of Nablus, it has been Lucy's dream to build a rest haven there, similar to the one in Qalqilya.  However, at a time when the charity is struggling for donations, Lucy did not see how that dream could ever come true.  That was, until a wonderful supporter stepped up to donate not only the money to build the rest haven but also to run this much-needed project.  The Nablus Rest Haven is currently being built and should be ready to provide treatment to working donkeys, mules and horses from the end of June 2012.
