Safe Haven’s sanctuary is in the village of Gan Yoshiyya in Israel, about 23 miles (37km) north east of Tel Aviv and 1.5 miles (2.5 km) from the border with the Palestinian Territories (West Bank).
We also work in the West Bank itself – as well as our three mobile clinics which visit towns and villages across the West Bank, we have a permanent clinic in the city of Nablus.
Working with a trusted partner organisation, we now have a mobile clinic in the El Saf region of Egypt, visiting around 120 of the brick kilns in the area and bringing relief from pain and suffering to the thousands of donkeys which toil in the heat carrying heavy loads of bricks.
