Jenkins
Age: 11 years old
Location: Qalqilya
Jenkins was born in the summer of 2013 in the village of Bet Hananya, near the Palestinian town of Qalqilya. His owner complained the mother donkey was losing weight rapidly due to feeding her foal and she was took weak to carry out her work so he separated them, leaving the baby alone and abandoned. Luckily some kind soul alerted Khaled, the manager of our Qalqilya clinic, and Khaled went to get little Jenkins and took him back to the clinic, from where he was taken to the sanctuary.
