Myra

Age: 6 years old

Location: Nablus

Myra, named after the wife of our wonderful patron Peter Egan, was brought to our clinic in the Palestinian city of Nablus last week after being found standing at the side of the road with her mother who had been injured in a car accident a couple of days before. Sadly, the older donkey’s injuries were so severe she had to be put peacefully to sleep but Myra, who we think was born in 2018, is now settling down at the clinic with the other donkeys who call it home.
