Noel
Age: 11 years old
Location: Qalqilya
Noel was about 2 years old when he was found as a stray on the streets of the Palestinian city of Qalqilya in December 2015. He was taken to our nearby clinic and is still living there - Noel will be transported to the sanctuary in due course.
