Here at Safe Haven for Donkeys, around 180 abandoned and traumatised donkeys have found refuge at our sanctuary in Israel, living the life of care they so much need. We also provide free veterinary treatment to thousands of working animals across the West Bank through mobile clinics and a rescue centre, while offering vital education to owners to change attitudes long-term. Recently, our reach has expanded to help suffering donkeys in Egypt’s brick kilns and those in urgent need in Gaza.

We are the only organisation dedicated to the welfare of working and abandoned donkeys in Israel and the West Bank and have been here for the donkeys for the past 25 years.

We can only bring this much needed help with your help and kind donations.
