Named after Anton Du Beke, who of course partnered our patron Ann Widdecombe on the BBC's "Strictly", Anton was one of 4 donkeys brought to our sanctuary on 31 January 2017. Anton, who we think was born in about 2010, was founded on the streets of a village near the Israeli town of Hadera. He and the 3 other donkeys had been hobbled with rope and abandoned.
