Bob

Raymondo Reeves

Raymondo Reeves, named after the uncle of a past member of staff, was around four months old when he came to the sanctuary from Qalqilya.  He lived in Qalqilya and was taken in to our rest haven there with wounds to each side of his neck. His owner alleged that his mother ‘didn’t want him’

Olivia

Olivia was found by the head of security at nearby moshav Hanniel.  Initially he wanted to keep the little donkey but it soon became clear that Olivia was extremely ill and he asked us to take her to the sanctuary, where the vet found she was suffering from colic and suspected pneumonia.

Lilian

Lilian is the daughter of Joyce J, who was originally from a Bedouin encampment at Al Razzaz and had been given to a Dutch family living in Israel who could no longer look after her.  Lilian was pining for her mother and so the family asked us to take her as well. Sadly, Joyce J

Amy

Amy was born at the charity’s clinic in the Palestinian city of Qalqilya.  Her mother, Cordelia, had been found as a stray and taken to the clinic.  Both mother and daughter were taken to the sanctuary. Cordelia has since passed away but Amy is happy with all her donkey friends.
